She/They

My goal is to work collaboratively to meet you where you are at. I love using light techniques to create change, from lymphatic drainage to Craniosacral. When doing deeper work my modalities of choice are usually cupping, neuromuscular and trigger point.

I have a passion for working with people who thrive with extra tenderness. That can mean physically, working with flares of pain or illness. It can also mean emotionally, focusing on communication and consent. As someone who experiences chronic illness, I understand the many challenges that come with feeling not at home in your body.

Common occurrences I work with:

  • Car accident recovery

  • Edema and swelling

  • Post surgery

  • Lyme disease

  • POTs

  • Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and hypermobility

  • Shoulder issues

  • Lymphedema

  • TMJD

  • Headaches and Migraines

  • High stress

  • Whiplash

  • Inflammation

  • Chronic pain

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Many more

I know communication around bodies and health can be loaded. I work to integrate a trauma informed approach.

I am queer, trans and fat affirming. I work to prioritize accessibility in my space and am also constantly learning and growing in my practice to provide culturally and identity responsive care; confronting and undoing how bias, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, ableism and white supremacy show up in this work. I know not all body work spaces are safe or welcoming for all bodies and people, so if you want to learn more about how this shows up in my practice, click here.

I have an extensive background in both healthcare and the service industry, but found my home doing massage. My favorite outdoor things are hiking and rockhounding, and my favorite indoor things are playing music, cooking elaborate vegan meals with friends, and cuddling my cats.
